Band

The band went to their marching contest on Oct. 17th. Last year they didn't do very well. They received a division 2. They worked really hard this year and they did a great job. They received division 1 this year! They really did awesome.

They defiantly are the BIG Green Band, They were the biggest band in their division. They also were the most polite. As they sat in the stands they clapped as each band left the field. They were the only ones for a little bit until the other bands started following their lead. What great kids.

Babysitting

I love watching Kisha's girls. They are so much fun and William has someone to play with (and learn from). The boys always play with him but it isn't the same.

Sharing is fun. Holly really liked to have Will on with her. She would get his hand and pull her to it and then try to get him to get on. It was pretty cute.

uh oh,Having problems on this thing.

This is just a cute picture of William being silly.

Sleepy boy

I think he is one tired boy. I guess that is what happens when you spend all morning playing with cousins. I think Holly was pretty worn out too.

Evan's World

I went to download some pictures and this is what I found.
What a cute boy.

Some of these really surprised me, I think I could enter them into a contest and he would do really well. He might be a natural. Let me know which one you like best. I think I will post these on facebook with a few more.

Horses

I think they were tired, What do you think?

Caleb's Birthday

Caleb turned 10 on Saturday. Can you believe he is getting so big. He got to go see Cloudy with a chance of meatballs with mom and dad. It was a of fun and a really cute movie.

Big Game

The Loboes had their Homecoming on Friday and this is the boys (all but Riley who was already at the game with the band) getting ready to go. Aren't they cute. We won against Pecos, 57-7, GO LOBOES.

William's Birthday

Wow, can you believe it has been a year since this little wonder entered our lives. He is a joy and I am so thankful that God has blessed me to be the mother of these five beautiful boys. We also were able to celebrate Riley's one year "birthday". One year ago Riley became a Barmore. He was adopted by Richard and that was a long hard fight, but we were patient and things fell into place. It was a great weekend.

William got his own little dinosaur cake

He loves his tractor

Um, good cake

To tired to eat any more

Time for a bath after all that cake.

Summer ends

I know it has been a while since my last post, I will try to do better. We had a really great summer. We really kept busy and had a lot of fun. Our last big thing for the summer was to go to Arizona. We went to visit friends that we have not seen in a while and to go camping in one of our favorite camp spots. It was a great trip. We really miss our friend and the beauty Arizona has to offer.

The boys found a lizzard. They really had fun finding animals.
William really enjoyed Riley playing his guitar.

The boys contemplating life. (Or something like that!!)
This was the first time William wore shoes since he started walking and he DID NOT LIKE THEM. It was pretty cute. He did get the hang of them after the first day.

We also did some Geacaching. This was our first "first-to-find". We were really excited.

Willaim has the life. What a good Daddy.

We always would see these on our way to our camping spot, Never thought someone would put a cache out here. What a lot of fun.

Garden

Mom wanted to do a garden this year, so she asked us to help her with it. Well, she did most of the work and we helped a little. Thank you mom. The vegetables have been wonderful. These are some of what we got tonight.

I let William hold them so you could get the size effect.

Little helper

William really likes to help.

He loves his brothers and likes to do what they do.

We were trying to do laundry and William was throwing socks outside.
We didn't know what he was looking at so Evan went to check and found a pair of socks outside.

He is walking!!!

Ready or not William has decided he needs to be walking now. He still thinks it is to slow, so he will crawl too but for the most part he really likes to walk.

Scout camp

Well Richard, Riley and Nolan went to scout camp the first week of July. Richard got home from his 8 month detail on Friday and left for scout camp on Monday!! They had a lot of fun. Nolan did 7 merit badges and Riley did 3 I think. It is harder for Riley to get merit badges because he already has so many. He did receive his Varsity letter and his orienteering pin. They really had a lot of fun. Richard spent the whole time cooking. He is now a master boyscout chef!!! Everybody really enjoyed themselves.

This was done as one of the requirements for canoeing. They had to flood their boat and then paddle back to shore.

Who's that

William found himself when we were visiting Richard house in Carlsbad.
Hed really loves the baby in the mirror.
By the way for those of you whom I haven't told THE DETAIL IS OVER!!!! Richard is now back in Monahans full time. We are ALL happy to have him home 7 days a week instead of 2. But we did have a lot of fun spending 2 weeks with him in Carlsbad. It was a nice little vacation.

Reunion #2

Well we had our next family reunion on the weekend of June 11-14. We really had a lot of fun. We went to LBJ lake and spent a lot of time out on the boat playing. The kids all enjoyed themselves. Poor Caleb decided that he didn't need to wear sunscreen and he blistered really bad. He got the worst of it. Nolan got a little sunburned but that was about all the sunburning. We had a great time each night eating with all the family. We had 2 separate houses for all of our family. All of us, mom, dad, Leanne and her family, me and my family, Kisha and her family and Linsey and Les, stayed in one house and the rest of the family in the other. We had the biggest group at our house with just our family.
